“Products” include all medical supplies and equipment sold by us.
“Services” encompass medical billing, revenue cycle management, and related support.
Our services are exclusively for B2B clients (no consumer sales).
Clients must provide accurate business information when registering an account.
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders are binding once submitted; cancellations require approval within 24 hours.
Payment terms: Net [15/30] days for approved credit accounts; otherwise, prepayment is required.
Fees are based on agreed-upon contracts (percentage of collections, flat fees, etc.).
Late payments may incur interest charges (1.5% monthly).
Shipping Terms: FOB Shipping Point (risk transfers to buyer upon carrier pickup).
Delivery timelines are estimates only—we are not liable for carrier delays.
Inspection Required: Report shipping errors or damage within 48 hours of receipt.
Products: We warrant that items will match their descriptions but do not guarantee suitability for a particular use.
Services: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee claim approvals or reimbursement outcomes.
No Medical Advice: We are not healthcare providers—clients are responsible for product usage compliance.
Replacement Only Policy: Applies only to defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items (see Return Policy).
Non-Returnable Items: Opened medical supplies, custom orders, and non-defective products.
Medical Billing Clients: Must provide a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) if handling PHI.
Data Security: We implement safeguards but are not liable for breaches caused by client negligence.
All website content (logos, text, software) is our exclusive property.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
We are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits).
Product misuse or third-party actions.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product/service in dispute.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from:

We may suspend services immediately for:
